Grayton's Play

 

 

I got to see the most precious play every yesterday at PDS! Grayton's class put the on the Thanksgiving play, which I also participated in back in 5 year old kindergarten! He was the chief Indian and handled his role very well! It was too cute!

I am proud to say that my sweet friend, Sydney, told me about a computer store in Oxford that just MIGHT could recover the lost pics off my card. I took it there, and he recovered about 75% of them! I was so excited! So here are some of the sweet pics of my shower in Cdale that I lost!

Jackson Shower

 

This past weekend I had a wonderful shower in Jackson! All of my sweet friends and family were there! The food was delicious, and I got the BEST stuff! Bailey is so blessed! I cannot wait to tell her all the love that has been poured out on her.

Camera Tragedy

Well, I have to apologize for being the WORST blogger every while being pregnant. We have had so much going on, and I have taken lots of pictures but unfortunately the worst thing happened to me yesterday...I had finally decided to sit down and do some posting. I was sick for the first 6 months of pregnancy. I did not feel like doing anything but coming home and lying on the couch! I didn't want to eat or cook! But the most amazing thing has happened over the last month...I am feeling like me again! No more sickness! Baking cakes and going walking and cleaning the house! Just fatigue and shortness of breath, but I can handle that! My brain is not its normal self though which leads me to say that yesterday I managed to delete 130 photos of the last 6 months off of my camera before downloading them. Yes, to you photo nuts out there like me this was tragic. I cried for about an hour. I still want to cry but realize there is nothing I can do. And in the big scheme of things, this does not matter but it still makes me sick! Luckily Rachel, Shelia, and CT have captured a lot of the important things (thanks guys :)) and will be getting them to me.

So much has been going on I will update and post pics later! First I am 30 weeks! Bailey is doing great and moving like crazy! I am so ready for January to be here and get to meet this precious little girl the Lord has blessed us with! We have been busy getting the nursery ready (which is So much fun!) We feel so blessed as I have had 2 showers already...I volunteer at Sav a Life and they gave me the best shower! I got so many necessities! Then my sweet friends at my home church Oakhurst Baptist in Clarksdale gave me the most beautiful shower this weekend! I got the most beautiful things you can imagine. Having a girl is so much fun!!! I am continuing to work and hope to do so up until Bailey comes!

Matt has been busy also...he and his buddy Larry took a 2 week trip out to Colorado to go elk hunting! He took lots of beautiful pics but of course none of him since he hates the camera. They had a great time but unfortunately there were no elk. They saw 2 the whole time but were not close enough to get a shot off! He also was voted the county firefighter of the year!!! I am so proud of him for this honor as I feel it is well deserved. They had a nice banquet for him and gave him a nice award. He came home with a head of hair and full beard! He looked like a mountain man! He is such a wonderful man, and I am so blessed to have him as my husband. He has been so supportive of me through the pregnancy and listened to all my complaining!

I have to thank my sweet family too who took care of me while he was gone! Mama and Judy fed me and Mama washed all my clothes. I have the best family in the world! Grayton and Riley Kate are doing great! They were batman and a rooster for Halloween! Check out Rachel's blog for cute pics! Please pray for my Mama as she will be having back surgery on the 23 of Novemeber. She is very worried, but I know she will do great!

Those are the main things for now. Your mind really goes to mush when you are pregnant. I thought that was crazy but now I believe it! Hope to have some pics up of the nursery and other stuff soon!
